ABOUT THE PTO

The Lamar Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is made up of parents, grandparents, guardians, teachers, staff and administrators working together to support Lamar Elementary and its students through fundraising efforts and volunteer hours. Our work supports programs such as technology in the classrooms, field trips, spring carnival, family and cultural arts events, Teacher Appreciation, and much more! 

General meetings are held twice a year, one in the fall for membership and one in the spring for elections.

Monthly board meetings are open to all members and we encourage everyone to attend. We hope everyone with a student at Lamar will join and get involved!
